Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time and you'll still keep your PRO benefits for 1 month after the latest payment. You can also delay your next payment, or pause your subscription. All this can be done from the Manage my subscription page under "Account Settings".

Do credits expire?

No. Any unused credits will roll over into the next month. Even if you cancel your PRO membership, you'll still have access to all the credits you received while you were subscribed.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription charges may be refunded if you request within 3 days of purchase and have used no more than 50 subscription credits from that charge. One-time credit packs are non-refundable. Approved refunds may be subject to a processing fee of up to 6%. See our Refund and Fraud Policy for full details.

Is there a one-off payment option, or do I need to subscribe?

If you don't want to subscribe, you can instead buy a credit pack. Credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable. ImgToVid PRO subscriptions can be paused, delayed or cancelled at any time, so in almost all cases we suggest choosing ImgToVid PRO over credit packs.

What if my creation fails / is marked as "error"?

We know not all creations are successful. If your creation fails, your credits will be automatically refunded and you can try again.
