ImgToVid AI is committed to building a responsible AI creation platform. Generative AI can help you explore, learn, and create — but it must be used in a responsible, legal, and safe manner.

We have zero tolerance for content that violates laws or regulations; infringes the rights of others; endangers public safety; is fraudulent or misleading; is pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW; or constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.

This policy applies to all activities on ImgToVid AI, including uploading content, entering prompts, generating content, sharing content, and interacting with other users.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age of consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Users under 18 are not permitted to use the Service.
• Violating accounts may be terminated.

Rights to Input Content

• You must have the necessary rights to all materials you upload or input.
• Users and/or original rights holders retain ownership and intellectual property rights in input content.

Rights to Generated Content

Between ImgToVid AI and the user, rights in generated content belong to the user, subject to applicable law and plan terms. You are solely responsible for all content generated using the Service.

Community Gallery and Public Sharing

Where public sharing is available, only publish content you have the right to share publicly. Public content must comply with all prohibited content rules below. Do not publish private, confidential, or sensitive personal information. Create Similar and similar tools may expose prompts and generation settings associated with public works.

4.1 Dangerous or Illegal Activities

• Content violating applicable laws or regulations
• Using personal data or biometric information of others without legally required consent
• Content infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Instructions for illegal substances, goods, or services

4.2 Actions that Compromise Safety

• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Abusing, damaging, or disrupting the Service
• Bypassing abuse protections or security filters

4.3 Harmful Content

• Hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics
• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or abuse
• Violence or incitement of violence
• Extremism, terrorism promotion, or self-harm promotion

4.4 False Information and Fraud

• Fraud, scams, or deceptive activities
• Impersonation of others without disclosure to deceive
• Claiming AI-generated content is entirely human-created to deceive

4.5 Intellectual Property Violations

• Generating content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights
• Creating unauthorized deepfakes or likenesses of real persons without consent
• Creating counterfeit goods or unauthorized brand impersonation

4.6 Sexual and Adult Content

The Service is not intended for adult or sexual content creation. Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content; CSAM or any sexual content involving minors; and non-consensual intimate imagery are strictly prohibited.

We may make limited exceptions for educational, documentary, scientific research, or artistic purposes where the public benefit clearly outweighs potential harm — but never for Section 4.6 (Sexual and Adult Content). Contact [email protected] before such use if you are unsure.

• Uploaded images and videos may be scanned for policy violations
• Prompts and text inputs may be filtered for harmful content
• Our team may review reported or flagged content
• Users are encouraged to report violations through [email protected]

To report violating content or request content removal, email [email protected] with a description or link, the type of violation, and any relevant details. If you believe content or account actions were handled incorrectly, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with your explanation and supporting evidence.

We may update this Content Policy to reflect legal changes, product updates, industry practices, or community feedback. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated policy unless prohibited by law.
