This site’s live series is MiniMax H3. It is not Hailuo 2.3. It is not the older Artany MiniMax H3 id with 2K and a last frame.

Duration steps from 5 through 10. That is the ceiling on this series. There is no 15-second or 30-second generate here.

480p or 768p from text; the still sets the canvas
Text-to-video lists 480p and 768p, plus ratios such as 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3 and 3:4. Image-to-video does not take a resolution picker — the canvas follows the first-frame image.

A first frame, not a last frame
Image-to-video takes one opening still. This live series has no last-frame slot and no reference stack. Hailuo 02 documented first-and-last interpolation; that is not this model.

No audio switch on the request
The MiniMax H3 request on this site has no generate-audio field. Treat the clip as picture unless you add voice or music somewhere else.

03 — Where it fits

Jobs that fit a 10-second MiniMax H3 pass

Use it for a short prompt or one still. Do not plan a last-frame lock, a reference pack, or a soundtrack in the same request.

A text-only 5–10 second shot
Write subject, action and camera. Pick 480p or 768p and a ratio. Ten seconds is enough for a push-in or a look-off, not a long sequence.
Animate a photo you already have
Image-to-video takes that still as the first frame. The prompt only has to say what moves. The picture size follows the upload.
A ratio the still does not dictate
Text-to-video is where 16:9, 9:16 and the other listed ratios live. Image-to-video will not re-crop to a picker.
Picture first, score later
There is no native soundtrack. If the job needs dialogue in the same pass, this series is the wrong door.
