Vidu Q3 AI Video Generator

Vidu Q3 is Shengshu Technology’s general video series. The model map marks text-to-video and image-to-video, with synchronized audio on Q3 Pro, Mix, Drama, Ad and Turbo, clips up to 16 seconds, topping out at 1080p. It is not Vidu Q4 Preview, and it is not the whole Vidu family page. Q3 is not available on ImgToVid.

Text and image, 1080p — not Q4’s 4K stack

Q3 is the generalist. Q4 Preview is image and reference only, up to 4K. Do not read Q4’s 15 stills or 4K back onto Q3.

The Vidu map marks text-to-video on Q3 (and Q1). Q4 Preview does not take a blank prompt. If the job starts from words, Q3 is the Vidu id, not Q4.

Q3 reaches 16 seconds. The table tops Q3 at 1080p. 2K and 4K are Q4 Preview listings. Frame rate is listed as 24 fps across Q3 and Q4 Preview.

Jobs that pick Q3, not Q4, not “Vidu” in the abstract

Q3 if you have a prompt or one still and 1080p is enough. Q4 Preview when you have stills and voices to lock, or you need 2K/4K. The family page covers both.

You only have a prompt
That is a Q3 job on Vidu’s map. Q4 Preview will not take it. Do not plan a text-only pipeline on the flagship id.
A general 1080p clip with audio
Q3 Pro, Mix, Drama, Ad and Turbo list synchronized audio. Sixteen seconds at 1080p is the Q3 ceiling in the table.
A short ad with shot changes
Q3 Ad is listed for 5–8 second clips with shot changes. Q3 Drama is the storytelling variant. Both sit under Q3, not Q4.

How long is a Vidu Q3 clip?

Up to 16 seconds. Q1 is 5 seconds. Q2 is 1–10 seconds. Q3 Ad is listed at 5–8 seconds with shot changes. Do not copy Q4’s 3–16 image-to-video window onto every Q3 id.

Does Vidu Q3 generate audio?

Q3 Pro, Mix, Drama, Ad and Turbo list synchronized audio-video output. Treat those ids as the audio line, not every older Vidu id.

Q3 or Q4 Preview?

Q3 if you need text-to-video or a general 1080p clip with audio. Q4 Preview if you have stills and voices to lock, or you need 2K/4K. Q4 Preview does not take text only. The family overview is on the Vidu page.
